If we do not get enough sleep it can impact on our daily functioning, including focusing, concentration, our relationships etc. Understanding why sleep is important and strategies we can utilise to support sleep is discussed in this webinar.

The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
