With the current uncertainty, things around us are constantly changing, for example, shops reopening, being allowed to mix with more people, economies reopening, unemployment, financial impact etc. This can cause us a lot of worry, stress or anxiety. This webinar will discuss what anxiety is and strategies to help you manage anxiety.

The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
