With the current uncertainty, things around us are constantly changing, for example, schools opening or closing, economies being affected, unemployment, financial impact etc. This can cause us a lot of worry, stress or anxiety. This webinar will discuss what anxiety is and strategies to help you manage anxiety.

The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
