Anger is a secondary emotion and often how we communicate with the world that something is not ok. It can feel overwhelming when we are angry and sometimes, we can feel that we cannot control the anger. This webinar helps us to identify what anger is and key strategies we can use to help us understand and manage anger.

The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
