If we do not get enough sleep it can impact on our wellbeing, daily routines, focus, concentration, our relationships etc. The webinar will discuss the importance of sleep, strategies we can implement to aid sleep.
The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
