What we used to know as work life balance has changed during these current times, for example working from home. This webinar focuses on ways you can support yourself to create a balance that works for you and developing resilience and understanding what works for you.

The event consists of a 1 hour webinar on the subject followed by a small group for Q&A. There are limited spaces for the Q&A to keep it more intimate for a group discussion.
